My research interests lie in the area of dendrochronology and dendroecology.
Having a mathematical background, I have focused on modeling tree-ring
formation of conifers species using the process-based Vaganov-Shashkin
model of tree growth. Now I am developing a complex approach to reconstruct the seasonal dynamics of cell production by the influence of climatic factors using the software R.
